Story

In the world of intelligence, in the search for truth, it is difficult to distinguish between reality and its reflection, an illusion, if you will, as if one were in a “hall of mirrors”. I don’t understand all the negative reviews, yes the pacing isn’t in Bourne territory but it’s a great thriller and keeps you interested. Fassbender is excellent again and unlike most spy dramas it’s actually quite believable.

I haven’t seen the original French original so forgive me for not giving a comparison but it would be a shame if it was negative. Maybe the pacing concerns are from the binge watching culture, it’s probably slow if you want to watch multiple episodes in one sitting but honestly I don’t see any problem with it. Please don’t let the negativity stop you from watching it, it’s worth your time.
